దేశంలో సైబర్ నేరాలు (Cyber crimes) ఒకటా… రెండా… రోజుకి కొన్ని లక్షల కాల్స్ చేస్తున్నారు. కోట్ల రూపాయలు నొక్కేస్తున్నారు కేటుగాళ్ళు . ముఖ్యంగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణలోనే (AP, Telangana )ఎక్కువ డబ్బులు పోగోట్టుకుంటున్న కేసులు నమోదవుతున్నాయి. సైబర్ క్రిమినల్ (Cyber Criminals) ఫలానా విధంగా మోసం చేస్తున్నారట అని తెలుసుకునే లోపే మరో కొత్త ట్రిక్కుతో జనాన్ని బురిడీ కొట్టిస్తున్నారు. గత కొన్ని రోజులుగా విషింగ్ ..,. దీన్నే వాయిస్ ఫిషింగ్ (Wishing/Voice fishing) అని కూడా అంటారు.

9 నొక్కితే బుక్కయినట్టే !

కొంతమందికి ఇంటర్నేషనల్ నంబర్ల నుంచి ఆటోమేటెడ్ వాయిస్ (Automated message) మెసేజ్ వస్తోంది. Cyber crime department నుంచి ముఖ్య గమనిక అని హెచ్చరిస్తోంది… ఆ రికార్డెడ్ ఆటోమేటెడ్ వాయిస్. మీ వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలను డార్క్ వెబ్ లో వాడుతున్నారు. మీరు రెండు గంటల్లోగా రిపోర్ట్ చేయకపోతే, మీ మీద చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం” అంటూ హెచ్చరిక వస్తోంది. రిపోర్ట్ చేయడం కోసం 9 నెంబర్ నొక్కాలని కోరుతోంది. ఎవరైనా పొరపాటున 9 నెంబర్ నొక్కితే చాలు… ఆ కాల్ సైబర్ క్రిమినల్ కు కనెక్ట్ అవుతోంది. ఆ స్కామిస్టర్ ఆధార్, బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల వివరాలు సేకరిస్తున్నాడు. ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ ఇవ్వకపోతే… కేసు పెట్టి జైలుకు పంపుతామని లేదంటే కొంత డబ్బులు కట్టాలని ఒత్తిడి తెస్తున్నాడు. తాము పై అధికారులతో చెప్పి problem solve చేస్తున్నట్టు బిల్డప్ ఇస్తున్నాడు.

ఫేక్ కాల్ అని ఎలా తెలుస్తుంది ?

మీకు సంబంధం లేని కాల్ వస్తే వెంటనే కట్ చేయాలి. లేదంటే గూగుల్ కి సంబంధించి కాలర్ యాప్ వేసుకోవాలి. దాంతో చాలా వరకూ ఫేక్ కాల్స్ గుర్తిస్తుంది. అలాంటి కాల్స్ లిఫ్ట్ చేయకుండా వెంటనే బ్లాక్ చేసేయాలి. పోలీసులు, క్రైమ్ బ్రాంచ్, ఎక్సైజ్ శాఖ, నార్కోటిక్స్, CBI, RBI ఇలా ఏ ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల అధికారులు అయినా సరే… మన ఆధార్ కార్డు, బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్స్ లాంటి sensitive matters ని సేకరించవు అని గుర్తు పెట్టుకోండి. అలాగే రికార్డెడ్ ఆటోమేటిక్ వాయిస్ మెస్సేజ్ లు వస్తే… అస్సలు వాటికి స్పందించవ్దు. ఒకవేళ నిజంగా బ్యాంకుల నుంచి కాల్స్ వచ్చినా… వాళ్ళకి మన అకౌంట్స్ వివరాలు ఏవీ చెప్పకూదు. ఇక International numbers కాల్స్, లోకల్ నంబర్ల నుంచి వచ్చే unwanted callsపై స్పందించకూదు. సైబర్ పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలి. అంతేకాదు… మీకు ఏ నెంబర్ నుంచి కాల్ వచ్చింది… దాని ఇమేజ్ తీసి https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/ వెబ్ సైట్ లో complaint చేయాలి.
