ఇంటర్నెట్ లో వెతుకుతున్నారా ?

Internet Browsing Cyber Alert : ఈమధ్య మనకు ఏ డౌట్ వచ్చినా… సమస్య వచ్చినా… ప్రతి దానికీ ఇంటర్నెట్ లో వెతికేస్తున్నాం. ప్రస్తుతం సైబర్ నేరాలు బాగా పెరిగిపోతున్నాయి. అయితే మనం వెతుకుతున్న వెబ్ సైట్ సరైనది (genuine) అయితే ఓకే…. కానీ సైబర్ నేరగాళ్ళు రూపొందించిన websites లోకి వెళ్ళామంటే ఇబ్బందుల్లో పడినట్టే. మరి Genuine/Fake Websitesని ఎలా గుర్తించాలి… బ్రౌజింగ్ చేసేటప్పుడు ఎలాంటి జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలో చూద్దాం

• మీరు బ్రౌజ్ చేస్తున్న website addressకు ముందు URL కు https అని ఉండటంతో పాటు Pod Lock Icon ఉందా లేదా చూసుకోవాలి.

• Bank Transactions, E-commerce వెబ్ సైట్స్ లో కొనుగోలు చేసేటప్పుడు బ్రౌజ్ చేసే సందర్భంలో Public Wi-Fi ని ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లో వాడొద్దు. మీ Mobile data తో మాత్రమే లావాదేవీలు నిర్వహించండి.

• మీ Banks/E-commerce లేదా ఇతర Online కార్యకలాపాలను మరెవరూ Track చేయకుండా ఉండటానికి Google Search చేసేటప్పుడు బ్రౌజర్ లోని ‘Incognito’ Modeను ఎంచుకుంటే బెటర్.

• మీ ట్రాకింగ్ డేటా బ్రౌజర్ లో స్టోరేజ్ కాకుండా… ఎప్పటికప్పుడు కుకీలను క్లియర్ చేయండి. ఆఫీసులు, ఇతర ఇంటర్నెట్ సెంటర్లలో బ్రౌజింగ్ చేసినప్పుడు తప్పనిసరిగా Browsing History ని permanentగా  delete చేయండి.

• మీ Browsingని ఇతరులు చూడకుండా Fire Fox లేదా Brave లాంటి బ్రౌజర్లను మాత్రమే వాడండి. లేదంటే Privacy Badger, Ublock origin లాంటి Browser extensions వాడుకోవచ్చు.
